Wouldn't it be better to use the term "Tiers" instead of "Layers" ?? The term "layers" normally refers to layers in a networking protocol stack, usually based on the original OSI definition, e.g. Ethernet is layer 2, IP is layer 3 and TCP is layer 4. Since this usage is so pervasive in networking I suggest you substitute something, for eample Tiers. == freedomnode == Looking at this for the first time in a while, I realized that we need to update it to reflect the modularization of freedomnode versus freedombox. =) * yup. this page is written like a pitch/vision; I was going to create a new "Free Network Stack" page to describe the most-up-to-date plans for how it will all fit together, and maintain that --[[User:Bnewbold|Bnewbold]] 16:48, 14 June 2012 (CDT)
